Our Services

  • Strategic Communications

We are storytellers. We have extensive backgrounds in communicating with Native audiences and conveying Native messages to wider audiences. We conduct communication audits, focus groups, and provide guidance documents and recommendations with an Indigenous lens

  • Cultural Education

With an extensive background in traditional foods and medicines, TPS provides educational training and consulting services on Native plant ways of the Northwest.

  • Indigenous Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Everyone benefits when we have a genuine and real understanding of the diverse histories and peoples in our communities. Most DEI training efforts do not fully capture the unique histories of working in Indian Country and Tahoma Peak wants to change that. The TPS team has over 10 years of experience training lawmakers, non-profits, foundations, and companies on the nuances of DEI work in Indian Country.

  • Strategic Giving in Indian Country

We help philanthropies give strategically in Indian Country. Since its founding, Tahoma Peak has helped $1.2 million in philanthropic dollars reach Indian Country.

  • Creative Direction and Production

We identify and connect businesses with Indigenous artists, graphic designers, and other creative professionals and produce creative projects from concept to execution. We work with clients to determine the creative vision for a product or campaign and work with Indigenous creatives to bring the vision to life.

  • Facilitation and Process Development

Tahoma Peak specializes in strategic planning, coalition building and development, and group facilitation such as roundtables, listening sessions, and focus groups. We work closely with each client to design a unique planning or facilitation session that will help them realize their vision.

  • Food Systems Planning

TPS staff have conducted food sovereignty assessments, built food sovereignty movements, and helped Tribes and organizations across the country build more resilient food systems.
